We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
DELIVERY
Orders received before 1pm will be despatched on the same day.Orders received after 1pm after will be despatched the following working day.
All orders over £50 will be free delivery. (please note £50 sub total and not with any delivery costs)
When you order you will receive an email confirmation and your order ID number (RC0000000)
We will send your order to the delivery addresses which can be different from your billing address.
When calculating the number of days for delivery please do not include ether Saturday or Sunday.
Any shortfalls or defect should be notified to us as soon as possible via our website form.
RETURNS POLICY
You can only return a product for these reasons:- Your product is faulty and is within 28 days of delivery for a replacement.
- Your product is unopened and within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please ensure that you retain the invoice as proof of purchase. We ONLY accept products back that have been sent via our returns form located on our website. IF YOU DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM BACK VIA THIS SERVICE YOU WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR ITEM AND IT WILL BE LOST. We can NOT accept products back if they do not clearly display a returns number on the outside of your parcel.
REFUNDS
You may return any used item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
INSPECTION
We do inspect every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund any items found to be in good working order.
